Just 6 km from the center of Lucca, nestled in the Lucca hills, this villa is the guesthouse of a prominent Tuscan villa, with which it shares the same historic grounds: once the estate’s barn and granary, it is now an ideal place for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.
It retains the characteristic features of Lucca’s architectural style—wooden beams, stone fireplaces, and original terracotta floors—in a rustic atmosphere that doesn’t compromise on comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating in the winter.
The villa has 8 bedrooms plus a single guest room, accommodating a total of 16 guests; during the summer, an additional apartment (2 double bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom) is also available for 4 more people, for an additional fee, bringing the maximum capacity to 20 guests. The property also features 4 kitchens (one fully equipped), 4 living rooms (two with antique stone fireplaces), 2 dining rooms, and 6 bathrooms, all set in spacious and bright surroundings.
Guests have exclusive use of the pool, tennis court, soccer/volleyball court, ping-pong table, and barbecue, as well as a poolside relaxation area with views of the surrounding countryside—perfect for dinners under the stars. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request.
Winter season (November 1 – April 30): Accommodation limited to 8+1 guests; the pool and tennis court are not available.
